Gem disc pendant

A silver disc, 36.6mm diameter, worked with 18ct yellow gold and semi precious gemstones. Center stone is a 10mm facet cut Garnet, also set are 2 x 6mm Peridot, 2 x 6mm Lemon Citrine and 4 x Amethyst. The 3mm thick silver Trace chain is 60cm in length. P.88.
